Letter of Recommendation - The Paint Biz and Dane Boyer

The Paint Biz recently completed a major interior painting project in our home, and we could not be more pleased with the results. This was a complex undertaking, which included 7 living areas and 11 different colors and textures of paint.

By carefully listening to our ideas and concerns, Dane Boyer, the painter, gained a complete understanding of the specific surfaces to be painted. From this, he was able to purchase the exact amount of paint required, which minimized cost. Then, once the materials were gathered, he expeditiously completed his work.

We cannot say enough good things about Dane. He was a joy to have in our home--a professional in every sense of the word, and a pleasure to work with. He arrived every day with a smile on his face, told us what he was going to do that day, and went right to work. At the end of each work day, Dane told us exactly what he planned to do the next day, then completely cleaned up his work site and left with a smile. He is an organized worker who keeps his work area clean as he paints, and is extremely careful when handling furniture and personal possessions.

Additionally, Dane provided helpful suggestions as the work progressed. His expertise and experience allowed us to make on-the-spot detail decisions that turned what would have been “good” into an “exceptional” decorating experience. During the painting project, we had electrical work accomplished and installed new overhead lighting, and this required some adjustments to the original plan. Dane cheerfully modified his schedule and provided the necessary paint, equipment, and expertise without skipping a beat. His flexibility in allowing us to amend the contract when the need arose ensured that the project was completed even before the projected completion date.
